Q: Why should I use discrete event simulation
A: Good question. But the more important question is "What problem am I trying to solve with the simulation model?"  The best way to guarantee project failure is to start modeling a process without a clear problem definition.

Q: Do you do fancy 3D graphics?
A: We can.  It depends on what problem the model is trying to solve.  If 3D graphics are necessary to convey a clearer understanding of the process, then 3D models will be constructed.  Often times, however, the graphics become more important than the issue being addressed.  It really comes down to the problem definition.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: This depends whether the contract is established as fixed cost or hourly rates.  Because we are a small organization with low overhead, our weighted costs for engineers are usually substantially less than our clients.

Q: Is our organization to small to benefit from simulation?
A: This one is easy. NO!  Any size organization can partake of the benefits of conducting a simulation modeling effort.  There is no better way to gain a thorough understanding of a process than those achieved by simulating that process.
